4. International Shipping

At this time, Éclipse Aromatique ships only within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping locations in the future.

5. Delays and Service Interruptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service interruptions, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Éclipse Aromatique is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
