You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation) is required.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as used sleep masks or opened scent packs. Please make sure to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

5. Exchanges

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items unless the return is due to our error (for example, sending the wrong product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
